Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) is a fun outdoor activity, with a great full body workout. The best advantage of this activity, is that it’s perfect for people of all ages, body types and skill levels.
Learning with professionals, provide you with a profesional knowledge and best tips, in order to maximize your enjoyment of this activity.
SUP BEGINNERS lessons include:
✮ Introduction to SUP board and equipment
✮ On and off water training – 10-15 minutes practice on the sand and 45 minutes practice in the water.
✮ Safety, posture and basic techniques
✮ Practice in the water, close to the shore.
Age 13 +
A minimum of 2-3 lessons is recomended, in order to build your confidence on the board and enjoy our variety of lessons.
