The workout takes place on the beach and focuses on bodyweight exercises, in an interval training style.
The lessons are suitable for all levels of fitness.
Our professional instructors, explain about every movement and body posture and provide suitable exercises, for all fitness levels.
The benefits of fitness training on the beach:
1. When performing an exercise on solid ground, the ground remains underfoot. When performing the same movement on sand, the body uses additional muscles, to stabilize itself against the movement of the sand grains.
2. The resistance from the sand is basically a kind of weight on these muscles and the body needs to find higher stability against exercise on the sand.
3. Your core muscles, will work harder to maintain stability.
4. The sea, the open air and the landscape, provide you with an enjoyable training experience, which increases the motivation to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
